Sound & embodied practice

Listening the self back together.

A practice in attention — noticing how sound organizes the self, gently shifting attention from external noise to inner sensation and communal resonance.

Attentional re-patterning.

A live sound bath using singing bowls, percussive instruments, chimes, and sustained tones moves auditory attention away from the noise of the outside world toward the body’s own sensation and the resonance of being in a room with others. The aim is healing, awareness, presence, coherence, and shared meaning: a practie in re-integration to the self.

Adapted from meditative and somatic practice, clinical and retreat settings, the practice can be followed by a brief guided reflections and emotional release.
